An excellent substitute for hard wood when processed the wood of rubber tree (Hevea Brasiliensis) is eco friendly & is cheaper than other varieties of wood.



Rubber plantations have existed in South East Asian countries - including India - for centuries.These plantations mainly catered to the latex market.After the economic period of the rubber tree which is about 30 years the tree is felled & a new one planted instead.The wood previously unused for furniture making or interior requirements is making a lasting impression in India.
